Character Analysis – Victims

The roles of these people are that they are the ones that will get tortured, murdered or played with by the psycho.  The victims are known for not having the best roles to play. Sometimes the victims are also known for stepping up to kill the actual murderer too. These peoples roles are there for the audience, we need the victims because without them the horror films are pointless unless someone is getting a surprise attack.

Character Analysis – Supernatural Entities

Ghosts, Vampires & Werewolves are usually introduced through either a haunted house, or a curse that has been put on somebody. Or have been living among humans in secret. The usual stereotype is that they are all Satan’s evil and it’s not seen as normal values amongst human beings. They are also stereotyped as being dangerous towards humans because all horror films incorporating theses themes always has a ghost, vampire or werewolf going after humans. They are usually seen as being a thousand years old or are in a house with a terrible secret. There costumes are dark colours to set the character up properly.
